While we supply watches with original Manufacturer paper Certificates or Cards, we are not Authorized Dealer ourselves and cannot speak on the Manufacturer's warranty. However, we source our timepiece inventory in the US and worldwide and present them in unworn condition or preowned if mentioned.

What does "unworn" mean?
Yes, our products are Brand new unless mentioned preowned. “Unworn” means the watch has never been worn (New Condition).

Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, JG Watch Co. one (1) Year Limited Warranty covers the mechanical functions of your automatic watch, including (but not limited to) running fast/slow or inexplicably stop functioning. Our Customers have a full one (1) year from the date of purchase to send it back for servicing. This warranty applies only to watches purchased from the JG Watch Co. website. JG watch Co. does not make any representations on behalf of any watch manufacturer. The warranty JG watch Co. offers is comparable to any manufacturer’s warranty apart from where the service will be performed. Evidence of abuse above the factory specified tolerances will void this warranty. All of our watches have met the manufacturer’s water resistance specifications. Keeping the watch crown closed will maintain this water resistance and prevent damage to the movement. This warranty excludes any water damage due to loose and/or open crown and damage to the crystal due to regular wear. We do not offer replacement of quartz watch batteries under this warranty.

1) We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. We accept returns within a 24-hour window from the time of delivery if the watch is not as described or misrepresented in any way.
