We take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below:
Return Window
You have 24 hours from the moment of delivery (as confirmed by tracking) to initiate a return request. Due to the high-value nature of our inventory, requests made after this 24-hour window will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the timepiece must be in the exact same condition in which it was received. This includes:
- No signs of wear, scratches, or resizing of the bracelet.
- All original packaging, boxes, and booklets must be intact.
- All original hangtags, protective plastics, and warranty cards (if applicable) must be included and unaltered.
Restocking Fee
Please note that all returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspection, re-authentication, and processing. This amount will be deducted from your final refund total.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number.
- Once approved, you will receive shipping instructions. Note: The customer is responsible for fully insured return shipping.
Important Note: Every timepiece undergoes a rigorous inspection upon return. If the item shows any signs of use or damage not present at the time of original sale, the return may be rejected or subject to a higher refurbishment fee at our discretion.
