A 20% appointment deposit is required to reserve a private viewing of a requested timepiece. This deposit allows JG Watch Co. to prepare the requested timepiece and, when necessary, specifically source or order it for your appointment.

Deposit & Refund Terms

If the timepiece has NOT been specifically sourced or ordered for you:

✓ Your 20% deposit is fully refundable when you attend your scheduled appointment and decide not to purchase the timepiece.

✓ If you decide to purchase the timepiece, 100% of your deposit will be applied toward the purchase price.

If the timepiece HAS been specifically sourced or ordered for you:

✓ The 20% deposit becomes non-refundable once JG Watch Co. has specifically sourced or ordered the timepiece at your request.

✓ If you attend the appointment and purchase the timepiece, 100% of your deposit will still be applied toward the purchase price.

No-Show Policy:

✓ If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice, the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable.

Important Notice

By submitting the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above, including the possibility that the deposit will become non-refundable if JG Watch Co. specifically sources or orders the requested timepiece at your request.
